PreVal is QAM’s cloud based TOP documentation solution that performs hourly verification processes on the Electronic TOP thereby pre-validating the TOP on a daily basis. The system reports all TOP deviations and all pertinent welding statistics such as defect metrics, reject rates, and weekly weld production reports for all piping contractors and fabrication locations on your project.

PRE-VALIDATION
QAM has created another layer of protection in the pursuit of a deviation free TOP. Our system auto verifies ISO drawing data to MOC and welding data in our TOP on an hourly basis providing deviation reports and inspector notifications. This system is in addition to certified VT inspectors performing the actual inspection and documentation verification on the MOC, welding, and final installation.

Validation and end users will be able to audit an ISO drawing and enter any key information such as description, size, and heat number into our TOP which will return results in seconds. Validated documents are provided via robust hyperlinks. Spreadsheets are no longer needed to locate MOC, welder certification, or welding gas certification documents in binders.
