QAM provides true third party weld inspection, mass spectrometer leak testing, particle and impurity analysis, and installation verification on UHP systems and equipment. We provide services for shutdowns, filter skid pre-qualification, system and equipment modifications, single system or tool installations, and large scale base build and tool installation projects.
ADVANCED MANUFACTURING & FOOD INDUSTRY
QAM provides true third party compressed air sampling using ISO 8573 Particles (P), Water (W), Oil (O), and/or Microbial test methods establishing a baseline, determining a Purity Class, SQF certification, meet equipment requirements, or commissioning / validation of process air systems. Single trips, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual testing schedules can be arranged.
