VT Level 2 Inspectors
Determine acceptance of materials, documentation, welding, installation, testing, and system cleaning against project specifications and the applicable piping codes.
Test Technicians
Perform leak and analytical testing to project specifications, and troubleshoot the systems that don't reach spec.
Safety
In-house training built on real project exposure: identifying, eliminating, and controlling the hazards inspectors actually encounter on site.
Technology & quality
Electronic Documentation System
Inspection reports and project data are created on a tablet in the field and can be shared, audited, or distributed the same day.
PreVal
Checks field-entered inspection data against inspection reports and verification records every hour, and produces welding statistics for each fabrication location.
Quality System Program
The QSP governs SOPs, project quality plans, calibration, training, CAPA, and document control. The Quality Manager audits projects against it.
Training
An internal Standard Written Practice governs NDT personnel qualification. Courses cover materials traceability, weld documentation and inspection, installation verification, and TOP documentation.
Equipment
Test and inspection instruments from GE, Olympus, Mahr, SPI, Meeco, ServoMex, Peak Laboratory, Alcatel, Inficon, and PMS.
Calibration
Every instrument is maintained and calibrated to Quality System requirements before it ships to a job site. Calibration documents travel with it.
