“QAM is committed to provide employees with environmental, safety & health programs, training, procedures, resources and management support that promotes integrity and safety to be incorporated into daily tasks. Quality and safety are essential for the success of each employee, the Company and our Customers.”

It is the policy at QAM to strive for continuous improvement in all aspects of our safety and health program - training, implementation and motivation. QAM willfully accepts the responsibility to protect the health and safety of all its employees.

Safety does not occur by chance, it takes planning, genuine effort and careful attention to details by all those who are directly and indirectly involved in company operations. Employees at all levels must diligently work to execute the QAM Safety Program and maintain occupational safety and health.
The QAM Safety Program has been developed to provide each employee with the knowledge needed to ensure that daily tasks are performed in the safest manner possible. Safety training and procedures combined with testing / inspection training and procedures provides the body of knowledge required to keep QAM employee's safe each and everyday.

OSHA regulations and standards contained in 29 CFR Part 1910 - Occupational Safety & Health Standards and 29 CFR Part 1926 Safety & Health Regulations for Construction are the structure of the QAM Safety Program. Applicable Subparts of Part 1910 and Part 1926 have been evaluated and incorporated into the appropriate safety program. It is the obligation of QAM management to implement and enforce the rules, regulations and policies set forth by regulatory agencies and QAM by means of procedures, training, inspections and correspondence with employees.

Regard for the safety of the public, client employees, QAM employees and other contractor employees is an important responsibility for all levels of our organization. The QAM safety philosophy includes injury, illness and accident prevention by means of continuously maintaining an effective Safety Program.

A safe operation is organized, maintained and efficient. Company and employee success depends on daily job performance to be conducted safely and with integrity. It is therefore of utmost importance that all aspects of the QAM Safety Program be communicated to all employees and that all employees strictly adhere to policies and procedures. Recommendations that may enhance the QAM Safety Program are always welcomed and encouraged.
